It is crazy. I do not know why you Americans are surprised by that sort of prolixities. At age 13 you smoke pot and loose your virginity at age 15. You can go to war at 18 but oh no do not play pocker on line or drink a beer. Moreover a crime is to far fetched.

you have a good point but it is also illegal for anybody to smoke pot, but I have to admit they don't do much to prevent it.

A fool and his money are soon parted. In this country it's pretty much their right. I see no difference in doing it online or offline in 'reality' Speand your money how you see fit, but dont whine to bleeding hearts when you part with it. You chose to spend it this way; you lost it fair and square :) Transaction complete.

Your right about a fool and his money that's why I don't go losing 10% of it in church every sunday.

I don't understand, what gives people- like Patrick- the moral authority over others in deeming what is good for them.
I don't see how one can wake up the next morning after playing online poker reeking of booze and hooker sweat. But that is exactly what it sounds like when some one attaches a 2 Prison sentence for what I do in the comfort of my own damn home.
