Some of those "toadies" are financially supported by the Chairman McConnaughay for their campaigns. The few speaking up against Kunkel are a couple of those. Where did McConnaughay get $285,000 to spend on her campaign? Check out the Illinois finance reports. Guess that the state is not the only place where interesting contributions occur.

Looks like Bonnie Lee is a pretty gutsy gal to speak up for the taxpayers. Too bad the rest of the board are a bunch of toadies.
