CD cover says "P+C 1998 Axis Records USA", however this CD came out only 1999 in Japan (exclusively). Some vinyl testpressings were in circulation until the final release on 2 12" singles 2004, which slightly differs from this CD tracklist. The CD was licensed for other territories around that time too.
