How To:
Stand holding the dumbbells with your arms at your sides and your palms facing inward. Sit on a bench or armless chair with your back straight and your feet shoulder width apart. As the dumbbell moves closer to your shoulder, rotate your palm upward, squeezing the top of your bicep. Slowly lower the dumbbell to starting position and alternate arms.
