  • @Perspart1- yes the exercise should be performed slowly and certainly done so by beginners. You can see the speed at which the students are moving in the video. As for the demo by the instructor this is a few seconds of a 16 hour course and only a small portion of the total explanation of the exercise. This is why people should not learn from Youtube. It is only meant as an example, to really learn someone should attend the course.

  • Is it really wise for her to be demonstrating at such speed, I realise she's flexible but for people who aren't they should be moving very slowly and can overlook that from her demonstration.

    I only mean the above comment as an inquiry as I have had some people give quite a harsh lecture about other instructors being too rushed and about leading by example from a beginners speed/perspective.

    I will be trying this today, looks quite promising.
