Funny how the King wont hesitate to bitch at you and put you down when it was HIS stupid fault everythings messed up in the first place. He ought to assume responsibility and fix things himself rather than shirk his responsibilities on his offspring.

Cute Cow is hard to find in Katamari Damacy :D
From the top of the hill where I got the Holy Cow, there is a little path downhill that leads to some kind of cottage or something ... on the way down that path fall off the side, and you'll hopefully land on a platform with trees and Cute Cows.
