MTHFR mutations cause hypomethylation. Using standard folic acid in people with MTHFR mutations is not ideal. This video is accurate and informative yet MTHFR is becoming more known and a major issue. Folic acid does not work very well in those with MTHFR mutations. Utilizing TMG or 5-MTHF is very helpful in lowering homocysteine when combined with methylB12, P5P B6, B2.

@katalina125 i know right....

Make sure you get the right vitamin b12 because cyanocobalamin is toxic and actually depletes your already depleted vitamin b12 status even more.
There is hydroxycobalamin, methylcobalamin an a few other kinds of b12 that you can take but on no account take cyanocobalamin.
There are some cases of people getting blind by taking cyanocobalamin in megadoses.

Nice job on the video looks good. When you have time come visit my channel!
Doc, you are doing a great job!!!! I wish my family doctor was like that, he gets irritated when I ask questions or any specifics but he seems perfectly fine if I ask somthing simple or dum. I wish my doctor was more like you. Thank you Doc you are cool.
