Half Life 2 Lost Coast

Video taken from my iPhone 4 because Fraps wouldn't record correctly. it keeps pausing for long periods of time and was unwatchable. I set the max FPS in source to 900 so i could gee how high my video card would go. all settings are on max in full 1920x1080.

RAM - 6GB, 2x2GB of Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800, 1x2GB A-Data DDR2-800

Video Card - ASUS HD5770 No Overclock
Monitor - ASUS MS238H LED Back-lit 23" 1920x1080
Mouse - Razer Imperator
Keyboard - Razer Lycosa

I think this is located behind the monitor. . .

If you do not understand what I want, I give you an example:

@TrainsGoMoo but im still getting massive FPS... I now have a second 5770 in crossfire, and nothing i play lags. Crysis at native res, and max AA finally drops to about 30FPS.

Hey, got a quick question, because i've seen mixed answers on different sites. Does the MS238H have built-in speakers or not? I'm also considering getting this monitor, either this or the Vizio M220MV LED Tv. They're both around the same price, I just can't decide which one to get.

@quantumcreature No Speakers, but it has a pass through for HDMI, so if you have an ATI card, or a newer Nvidia you can hook speakers up to the monitor.
