There is a difference between presenting an aura of authority (which cops are trained to do) and outright enjoying the sick thrill you get from being a controlling asshole. What I saw in the video was an unruly woman that definitely deserved to go downtown. Then, a fucking ape of a cop deciding that the little woman pissed him off enough to use a device used to put down targets that you are PHYSICALLY unable to restrain.
