Years ago when it was found in Nevada's drinking water, the EPA said "don't worry, it's at a safe level" but had to admit that they had never conducted any studies to determine what a safe level is. That was during the Clinton administration, so don't go blaming the RapePublicCons as both parties are guilty. Throw ALL the bastards out!
