I theorize that when Flagg is reborn each time in a new incarnation, Los' has a hand in deciding where to place him, strategically, but I think that Flagg doesn't know this, as the memories of his past lives elude him more with each rebirth. And yes, The Stand is connected with the Dark Tower series because the Dark Tower is the hub of all existence and connects EVERY world together. So you could say every Steve King book relates, as every event revolves around the Dark Tower.

@8CaptainHowdy Thank you for explaining since I first learned of Crimson King and Randall Flaggs conection I've been questioning If they are one and the same. Also Did the Crimson King had a hand in Randall being on Earth durring the Stand? To connect the Stand with the other books or is the Stand just a Seperate story on it's own?

Randall Flagg is not the Crimson King. After centuries of causing havoc across the world, most notably the Kingdom of Delain (see Stephen King's work The Eyes Of The Dragon), Flagg was brought to the attention of the Crimson King (also called the Kingfish, Los' the Red, Red Daddy, the Red King, Lord of Discordia, Lord of the Spiders), who took Flagg in as an emissary. Flagg is often called the King's "Prime Minister", his righthand man, or his mascot.
