It's hilarious that they bring children into it. Most people get humbled by Martial Arts because you get your ass handed to you over and over again and you do the same to others. Sure you'll get some douche bags but what can you do that's life. What is more humbling then someone choking you and you having to tap because if you didn't he could of killed you or at the very least choked you unconscious

Being from N.Y and an avid mma fan, I can say from experience that MMA would be huge for the state. The politicians talk about MMA promoting violence, then they should also bann hockey as well, after all there are fights all the time and little kicks play all the time, they should also stop showing Tom and Jerry on T.V, shit 2 characters hitting each other with bats with spikes in them!!! Bottom line is its up to the parents to regulate what the kids are watching.

i do martial arts, and i have mixed feelings about mma, a part of me looks at how brutal and shocking it is, and how we as a race cherish and nuture violence, but another part of me looks at how much fun it is (cos i do spar and grapple at my dojo) and how it is as matt says 'a contact sport' and should be treated as such, i really want to talk to some people about it to make my own opinion, if you want to, please message me and we can talk about it :)

I personaly think this fight can go either way, But i really want Matt serra to win this. and Matt dont look as chubby right now this was made a few months ago, right now he looks cut , fit n ready to go (just my opinion)

Serra is a great representative for the sport. people want to talk about him getting beat by GSP but who the fuck hasnt been beat by GSP? come on guys, Serra went to a decision with BJ Penn. Those are the two best p4p fighters in the world. Thats insane.
