Bogen Manfrotto sticks with 501 head. However, the tripod is irrelevant. Any tripod with a stable head will do. However, you need a vehicle that has good road suspension. About 1/2.5 of a second on the camera at about 2 second intervals on the remote timer. Tip: make sure to set your camera to shutter priority mode.
