This is my second favourite Extra Stage in the series, after SA's Extra. Mostly because of it's uplifting Boss music but also because I like the animal-themed attacks.
The Stage is pretty easy, what with beeing able to trance and bomb and... yeah, but it's also possible to kill most enemies before they shoot at all (most of everything bevore the Mid-Boss for example). It's pretty weak in that way but I don't mind that too much.
Mamizou then turns up the excitement a little. She still is one of the easier Extra Bosses (in part because of the reimplementation of Spell Practice) but if she is one thing, it's fun. I like all of her spell cards, most of her nonespells and find this to be an overall nice battle.

I like how Reimu specifically mentions the events that have only happened in expanded-outside game canon. Also, what a random conversation about the sea.
