  • Nevermind ignore that. I figured out a 6 day split thats fuckin badazz.

  • HELP. Is it ok for me to do this routine on Tuesdays and Fridays? And on Mondays and Thursdays chest/shoulder/triceps? Wednesdays and Saturday Legs? Can someone who knows please reply and enlighten me. I'm noob to this kind of split. Thanks.

  • This most definately not dc training, after watching the entire video. he did 2 different exercises for biceps, that right there is wrong. Your supposed to only do 1 rest pause set with 1 exercise, not 2

  • Only think i don't like about Dc training, is the people are so dogmatic about the program, you don't dare change anything. god forbid.

    I like to do what Bruce lee said: Take was is usefull, discard what is useless and MAKE IT YOUR OWN. that means tailor the system to fit your own unique needs.
