In 2010 Isabella's father was sentenced for 31 years in jail and her step-mom for 26 years.

5 years old Isabella Nardoni died on March 29, 2008. She was threwedout of the window of her fathers apartment located on the sixth floor of the Edifício London in São Paulo, Brazil, but that wasent all.. and the poeple who killed her are still out there and are not accused to any crime.

@swarso1 Unfortunately there is no death sentence in Brazil, 31 years is te max sentence in murder cases like this one, But I am Brazilian and I wish there was because this is not the first time that parents killed their child and wont be the last either, this people need to pay for what they've done !!

Why can't monsters like that, who obviously don't actually enjoy having the child, just give the other parent full custody. You really don't have to raise a child you don't want. There are so many options out there that don't involve murder or abuse.

@desratlinda1 Well whose to say it was hers. She had brothers and if one of them was young enough he could have been wearing a diaper. And a diaper could have been something used to wipe off the blood from her face.
