Ehsan Aman - Ariana Concert 2006

The following clip is from Ehsan Aman's performance from the Ariana Concert which was held in Long Beach, CA in 2006. The program was supposed to be broadcasted live, but the broadcast was cut short due to technical difficulties. One of those "difficulties" was the fact that the wrong audio mix was used during the broadcast. The audio that was used came from the stage monitor mixer which had no effects what so ever. So everyone's performance suffered as a result.

These clips have been remixed using the "right" audio mix which was captured from the house mixer. In short, this is how the sound was if you were at the event.

I believe he is playing a wedding singer in the movie. As for this song, it will be on his next album. I am not sure when that album will be released. I played the drums on this concert and on his CD. I am hoping the CD comes out soon:-)

I just wanted to say that tabla and harmonium are indian instruments. therefore if what you are saying is correct we should not use them also. I cannot imagine this song with tamboor and dayra only.

what I think is important,that he sings in Dari which represents that fact that he is an afghan. furthermore different people have different tasts in music. classic, ghazals, mohali, pop and afghan jazz :) beya ke tashwiq knem honar wa zahmate afghan hoi khod ro afgunforlife jan. PEACE!!!

@AfgHOUND... That is correct you can't compare Ehsan Aman to Ahmad Zahir b/c they are both their own individuals.. They don't look alike or sing alike, each has their own style.... If I were to compare Ehsan Aman v/s Ahmad Zahir; then guess what.. Ehsan Aman would blow him out the water.... No need to get rude or mad, this is just my opinion.. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... PEACE..
