She had been rushed to the hospital's emergency room on Monday night after a scare at her north London home. In June, Winehouse was admitted to a London clinic after collapsing at home. Her father, Mitch Winehouse, said at the time that she had developed early stage emphysema from smoking cigarettes and crack cocaine.Ed Donahue, The Associated Press.
