I just played this game a few minutes ago, and I had no idea how to go beyond 3:28 until that you had to charge up to shoot an arrow that you can jump on.
And you're right, this is a fun game :)

heh, thanks for taking my request. It really is a lot like Mega Man, even down to buying new types of shots. I'm sure you get tired of people complaining about all the stuff you missed in your playthroughs, so I'll leave that alone.
But yes, shooting the money does increase its value. On the spider's coins in the first level: those can actually be pumped up to be worth 500 - the highest possible value.

Great NES Metal Gear reference. And yes, the NES VERSION of Metal Gear still sucks. :P
And that guy was a nimrod. It's Metal Gear and Splinter Cell that are supposed to be seen as foils. And Splinter Cell was all kinds of ass.
