Minor criticism, covering Oasis songs and especially this one is risky due to the nature of the vocals Liam has. Its near to impossible for anyone to replicate a Liamish voice.
Other than that nice use of chords, you clearly are a talented musician.

what tuning are you using, looks like you're playing Am and alternating the bass notes

Standard tuning. Pretty simple. Main chord is 0 0 2 2 0 0 and then just moving down bottom E string from 3rd fret to nut.
