Okay I am sick and tired of people just automatically saying its joe. joe has a much more distinctive low voice. kevin and his were close at the time they did mandy, but kevs voice is still DIFFERENT. watch the proof video, you can SEE him singing.

Not too sure..I feel like a bad fan lmao. But it sounds like both of them :). So I'm really not sure. There's times when I'm sure it's Joe, and then BAM: it sounds like Kevin. That's definitely him in Mandy tho. For sure.
