Another thing if you have ever had to do a research paper for school. This is in my opinion is a great browser for most research. There is two reasons for this: 1) It stops you from being distracted since it only shows txt. (no games or other time wasters). 2) The other reason that it is useful for research is that when you write a paper most of (not all) of yours sources will probably be txt any ways.

Nice vid. but lynx isn't really good for everyday use. You have to look at when it was mad. When it was created the internet was pretty much txt only. But it still has its uses today. Ex. Your away from home and are on a internet connection that has a bandwidth limit. This is where lynx would be useful because it doesn't show picture.
