Magara loses South Mugirango seat

http://www.ntv.co.ke/News The south Nyanza town of Kisii is yet again the scene of a judicial trend that is turning tables on what many observers used to consider the futility of filing an election petition in Kenya. For the second time this year, the high court Judge in Kisii Daniel Musinga has nullified yet another election of a member of parliament, ruling that the election was irregular. James omingo Magara now loses his mugirango south parliamentary seat following the ruling in favour of a petition filed against him. And as NTVs Dennis Onsarigo reports, Magara is blaming political enemies for his latest tribulation.
