  • This is beyond stupid. Aside from the horrible form, clean and jerk is a power exercise. You are not going to get very strong or powerful by doing low weight (badly) for 30 reps. Who is teaching this crap?

  • Form has a lot of problems. Biggest 2 things they can do is lift on a better surface (i.e., not asphalt) and get some decent shoes to lift in.
