or should OFSTED publish inspections before CAFCASS can write an action plan, so that OFSTED are not seen to approve the plan.

Labour are in for one massive shock. Loads of Labour MP's are ex social workers.

That's half the problem. Ex social workers protecting child protection. This has to be breached.

reformation and honesty is needed but how that can be achieved is obscure as the professionals ie: Education&Welfare form collusions. There are no 'independent or unbiased people within the circle' . Proof of claim is ignored even if its from the highest professionals outside the circle - once they have formed their opinion that is adhered to. Truth I have observed has no bearing on the outcome which is preplanned. Anger is not the way forward. I do believe truth prevails eventually.

It has to be acknowledged that there are some children at risk. It also has to be acknowledged that there is corruption of which I have witnessed first hand. I have been through a long complaint procedure whereas my child was injured, lost and her needs were not met at school. Because I complained that is noted to be 'over anxious or protective'. False documentation was amassed and the more I complained the file grew and grew like the noses of the people I complained to.

Most of the new judges in Canada are either gay or gay-friendly. Now if you are in court and there is one of these judges (who can take your child and give it to a lesbian couple), what do you suppose they are going to do?
