It's me again, this time with a beautiful song by Tom Waits. Until recently, I hadn't heard much of Tom Waits — what I had heard I couldn't understand. His gruff "troll-esque" voice is definitely an acquired taste. But then I came across some of his early stuff and fell in love with it. I hope you enjoy.
For those that want to know how to play the song, I dropped it down into F to allow me to make the octave jump during the chorus (my range is quite limited). Here are the chords to guide you:
INTRO & VERSE | F | Am | Bb | F C | | F | Am | Bb | C | C7
CHORUS | F | Am | Bb | : | | F | Am | Bb | : | | F | Am | Bb | : | | C | C | F | F | | C | C | F | F | | C | C | Dm | Dm | | G | G | C | C7 |
