Funny, really. There is a difference though. Penn's partying has PERMANENTLY damaged his lung capacity and endurance, while GSP's abuse in their first fight was the result of TEMPORARY blindness.

Penn is a mystery, always has been. But, I agree we shouldn't take the Sherk win too seriously. Sherk was fighting his first roidless fight and badly decided to keep it standup, where the pace was controlled by Penn's very decent boxing skills and his much longer arms.
I also think that Penn gasses, because you can never suddenly equal the cardio of a guy that has never abused his body, ever.
