UPDATE 10/4/2010: Youtube has taken action against this video claiming a copyright infringement. I would recommend that YouTube pay ASCAP dues, and not block our videos in countries based on a label they've placed on our content.
Just cuz a guy can play a guitar at an open mic singing Johnny Cash tunes - doesn't mean they shut the bar down. The bar pays ASCAP dues and it's all good.
