@ALBANO2684 Korea was a UN mission I think. Anyway when the Canadian troops came back noone showed up at the train station to welcome them back home. If it was seen as a victory there would have been a parade. The most important thing to remember is that it is not a shame to lose to China. If China wants South Korea or anything else in the region they'll just take it.They don't so they wont. They will however keep America at bay. Tibet is a good example. They also kicked Russia out of Mongolia.

@noado51 Korea was NOT a loss as South Korea is free from the North despite the Chinese intervention. So it was not a loss, and actually the war is still officially going on as only a "cease fire was signed". I'm not "flasg waving" I'm "fact waving".

@ALBANO2684 China didn't move 50 million into Vietnam. What Moa said was he was prepared to lose 50 million in protecting Vietnam.Only Americans would consider it an insult to lose to China. Everyone else would stay clear.Vietnam was a loss for America. America lost to Asians because Asians decided to kick them out. You are very insulting and very sensitive. You can't have a debate because you are too busy waving your flag. Korea was a loss and it's best to admit it and go home.

@noado51 Wow. First off, Tet wa in 1968 after they broke the cease fire for the holiday with a sneak attack. We lost 4,000 troops during that sneak attack while they lost 55,000 We retook everything they took by surprise. So that a win for the military. China wasn't involved in vietnam except for weaponsAnd how would they move 50 million troops intoSouth Vietnam without us knowing? Europe has countrys going bankrupt. EVERYTHING you said was utter bullshit. btw, we supply israel with its weapons.

@ALBANO2684 You have more debt than Russia. You lost Vietnam in 1965(Tet) and a stalemate ensued followed by years of peace talks and then you got kicked out of town. Russia supplied the arms China would have supplied 50 million more troops .( Nixon asked and was told by Mao when they met circa 1973.) Don't worry your leaders know your not Superman and they will not even attack Iran.That they will leave up to Israel(55 USA bunker bombs delivered last week)

China pushed you (General MacArthur) back so fast you fell over and threatened them will no less than 50 A bombs to be dropped in one day on North Korea.Look it up it's a matter of Congressional record. Then China backed the North Vietnamese and 4 million moved toward Saigon and pushed you right out of town. The Russians pushed you right out of Berlin in 1945 and you lost Eastern Europe. In 1962( Cuban Crisis) the Russian pushed your missle base out of Turkey. Read more.

@noado51 No, wrong. To say such a thing means you don't know history. We have never backed down to a major foreign power. We had a 40 some odd year cold war with the Russians, in the end they went bankrupt, because we refused to back down. The Japs attacked pearly Harbor thinking we would back down from our oil embargo- they were wrong and because of it they lost WW2. We wont back down to China either. They aren't going to have spaceships going around like cars. A it is space flight is EXPENSIVE
