Been MIA long enough and thought I would catch you all up on my progress to date. Down 44.4 lbs and 70.25" since 10/11/2010. Feeling great, happy to be alive, and crossing my fingers to win Lotto so I can afford to go show off my new figure...lol. It's been a long long time since I even felt like doing that...Here's wishing all of you HCG'ers great releases!!!

I started Oct 1, 2010 using homeopathic hcg. Started at 230 lbs. am at 163 now. Many think homeopathic doesn't work. Strong odors like mint or even cigarette smoke can stop the action of homeopathics. I've noticed that many who started with HHcg and said it didn't work for them, were also smokers. Make sure your mouth is clean of smoke before taking the drops if you smoke.

@msfeetfirst1 Thanks for the tip! I'm also a smoker, but it seems to be working fine for me. Wow! You've done extremely well on the HHCG. I started at 197.6 and now weigh 151, but I've only lost 4.6 lbs on the HHCG, which I started on 2/7/11...So, 4.6 lbs in 7 days at VLCD day #34 isn't too shabby...

Thanks Ladies! I do feel as though I've accomplished quite a feat. We all have and should be very proud of ourselves. I know I am. Just changing my lifestyle has done wonders for my health. The HHCG will no doubt work just as effectively, and I hear there's less hunger; however, I haven't been hungry on the RX. I will post daily on FB my stats and opinions, of course...lol. PS) I am down to 152.4 as of this morning. It just keeps getting better and better...You ladies have inspired me also. thnx
