@Perniciousdeeds bret definitely had classics: bret vs austin WM 13, bret vs mr perfect, bret vs owen, but shawn was more entertaining. he did better moves, he sold better, he overall told a better story in the ring. and he was better on the mic. bret was shit on it. this video speaks for itself. simple as that.

Shawn was arrogant in every sense of the word, Bret punished him in the ring. overall i'd say the rivalry was about 50/50, even though Bret won more matches against Shawn & verbally abused Shawn & made him look like the egotistical piece of shit he was, & now Shawn hides behind religion, like since hes a Christian now what he did back then is all forgiven. cant help but say it. shawn was a dick head and i know hes a great guy now but back then, wow id almost bet anything he just about acted like that in real life
