It's been 70 years since the show trials of leading Communists took place in Moscow. Joseph Stalin's assault on old the Bolsheviks and oppositionists was one of the most notorious episodes of the Great Purge of the 1930s.

Joseph Stalin executed my Great Grandfather when my Grandfather was 17 for being a Christian, they came in the middle of the night and took him away never to be seen again, a month later we received a letter that he was a "Traitor" to the Communist Party for being Christian. Then after WW2 my Grandfather fought against Fascism and received many medals, he was later imprisoned for life for being Christian (Would have been death, but he had medals for WW2). Yeah, Stalin was great (Sarcasm).

Those lives were valued they all contributed to a stronger Russia....That's a fact, westerners would just love for Russia to be another one added to their huge list of defeated nations like stain or not many people admire him and he led Russia to a victory and made it feared among nations.

Communism was created to replace Capitalism, since Laissez faire Capitalism has many problems. Communism is far better than Laissez faire.

The Capitalism we think of today is a reformed Capitalism, which is far better than strict Communism since it answers mistakes that Communism doesn't answer.

But now China has a reformed system of Communism, which is far better than reformed Capitalism.

In all honesty, these ideas both suck. We need new systems, rather than fixing the old.
