This unsettling video shows a 68-year-old bus monitor named Karen Klein being verbally bullied by a feral pack of middle schoolers, on their way home from the Athena Middle School in Greece, New York. I think next time she'll be taking a cab home!

This is seriously the worst thing I've ever seen. Who has the nerve to do that to someone? Especially an elder? Its some seriously messed up shit. What the hell did she do? Behavior like that of those kids is horrid enough without other people trivializing it and whitewashing it away with "Joshua apologized" and "Joshua has learnt his lesson so we can put it in the past".

Considering how much damage that behavior does to other people, who've done nothing except happen to be unlucky, and how that kind of behavior can occur in the future, it should be treated with seriousness.

Apologies can be just cheap after-the-fact regret or "regret".

Please, he should be grounded so much that he'll have the worst clothes, he shouldn't just attend mass, he should join the choir, he shouldn't've JUST been sent to Bridges, he should've STAYED there, I've got a classmate who did this to my teacher last year from where I'm from, I really can't believe how people still like him. Now the kid who was bullying, Joshua apologised. He went to church every sunday. He was grounded for the whole summer. He went to bridges. ( a suspension school ) athena isnt a bad school. They dont teach us to be like that. The kids chose to do that. It is all taken cate of now. Karen is okay and Joshua has learned his lesson so we can put it in the past
