Hi Everybody! My name is Liza Flatley Callahan and I made this video to raise awareness for SUDEP. My daughter Ashley is 25 yrs old and has been suffering with seizures since she was 4. In all of the hundreds of doctors -not one of them ever told us that people can die from seizures. My heart is broken for all of your families that have lost someone from epilepsy. I am on Twitter at 4EAwareness and also have another video -We Are One on youtube. Email address is LizaBabe1@aol.com. Pls write
I remember the awful moment I was told my son Warren had died. It was Mothers Day in the UK and I had been expecting phone calls from my 3children who were working away or at uni + Warren who lived independently 70 miles away. Instead I got a call from the police saying they would be paying a visit. They arrived 2 hours later to tell me Warren had died the previous day. I screamed in devastation. I had to call my children to tell them they had lost their brother. WE HAD NOT HEARD OF SUDEP
I lost my daughter in 2006 to SUDEP, she was 24. My husband had to come to work to tell me and I remember screaming and hitting him and not believing what he had told me. No one told us about SUDEP. Thank you for your video.
I too have lost a son to this affliction in 2006...My son Daniel was only 19 and I screamed and cried just like that...It certainly brings back that terrible day, but people need to be educated. God Bless

This video gives back fully the shock of the unexpected death (SUDEP).
Great interpretation.
My nephew dies suddenly for SUDEP two years ago during his sleep.
He was 11 years old.
Thank you for this inspired video.
