  • @TempusIC This proves ur stupid sri lankan outcome haha! bunch of uneducated assholes...go fuck ur self bitches

  • @TempusIC - And you can clearly see that the cabin lights are turned off! And the question is Why would a full loaded aircraft need to refuel. Because they normally fill their tanks up before the flight.

  • @TempusIC - Did you see at 0:33 some people are getting in the flight? I highly doubt they will let in people like that to a flight with passengers in.

  • Don't talk too much. This aircraft is not belong to Srilanka. If we have one then we can talk.

Pay the loans to Boeing first.

  • Well said MikePapa3 I agree with you.. These ITN morons always try to change the real truth and tell something useless. This is why we are always on the backfoot as a country..we can service an empty A380 but definitely not one which is in service with passengers or cargo..

  • @gamage1995 As a plane enthusiastic it is interesting news but I agree with you. If it was the first flight with passengers then why not, boy do we not have any other details to say in news?...probably not, not after SL are routed for 43! Sigh

  • @MABAR90 however on second thought is it really the case?

  • @MABAR90 That explains it as I was wondering how on earth it managed to land with almost full pax with cargo.

  • was that the first time an a380 landed in BIA, oh i feel so sorry for my own land. i don't think that it's an important event to broadcast in news because it shows the world how far we are from development.it's good that there wasn't any cargo or passengers in the flight and hope that the new maththala air port won't be that poor.

  • BIA is an emergency landing site for Emirates Airbus A380's. This flight was on it's way to Dubai for repairs from Sydney. There were't any passengers or cargo so basically this was an empty aircraft.

It is really difficult for a fully loaded A380 aircraft to land AND takeoff from the runway at BIA. It is not up to A380 standards. So I really dont think BIA has the capacity to accomadate a large aircraft or a huge number of passengers at once! Thats why BIA should be developed.
