VW GOLF VI

Depuis 1974, la Volkswagen Golf traverse les âges impertubable. Autant dire que sa sixième génération est attendue au tournant. Car sur le marché des familiales compactes, la Golf fait figure d'épouvantail ! Alors que nous offre ce sixième millésime ?

he must be an exeption then because alot of my friends and even my familly have VW and they don't haveas much problems as the once with peugeot and citroen , not to mention in my home country the finition of either peugeot and citreon doesn't exeed a couple of years 2-3y at most before starting falling appart (hot sun and sec climat) while the VAG las way longer.

My friend got a golf V. He has many problems with it. So, Peugeot and Citroen are beyond the most reliable european cars according to the last tests.

If you go higher, it's also about luxury cars and I know some people who'd only buy a Citroen Limo if they wanted comfort. Like the Current Citroen C6.

well i can say that some models can be on a pair like u ve mentioned like the cheapest and smallest models like polo , fiesta ect , but when u get a little bit higher which makes a marge of a better quality , there is no competition , it is not that french cars are bad they are at a decent lvl but german once are just better.

I think that German and French hatchbacks and superminis are on pair, I actually prefer French designs, but Germans make better sports cars and supercars. When you think of a French sports car - a new Renault Laguna GT comes to my mind and it really isn't BMW M3. It has 4 wheel steering which reduces understeer but it's also dangerous at the limit and it's only front wheel drive.

i ve driven both peugeot and Gold , my familly members had both well we had golfs from 2(which we still have btw) to 5 and peugeot 307.....i can tell you that the even the golf 4 was better in terms of everything than the 307.....this just my personal experience , i m not saying that french car are bad they are good , but german cars like VW are better in general

I said diesel engines, not sure if they won any price but generally people like them and they also sell them to other car makers worldwide.

Vti engines were also developped with BMW and are also used in Mini.
