This is a meditation song I composed to help have an awesome "Salvia Trip".

Listen to the beat of the drum.
Slow your breathing, make your heart mimic the beat.

Count the beats in your head. At the 30th beat you will hear chimes. Take a hit.
At the 60th beat you will hear the chimes again. Exhale... Slowly....

In between the 30th and 60th beat ask the salvia what you want from this journey you are about to embark.

Remember not to fight the feeling. When you feel it coming on let it take you! Don't hold back!

@66jesko whatever you say :) that's your opinion I respect it.

But you shouldn't embrace it as a bad trip. Shamans use drums and chanting in lots of rituals.

If you follow the instructions I left in the description it can't go wrong. Try it! :P

You know what, a few days ago I had the idea of making salvia-themed videos and mp3 tracks. They would be videos with alot of colors and things (for those who do it opened eyed) and the music would tell a story (for the CEVS). I've had salvia trips where I completely leave my body and enter another dimension/universe. I was thinking perhaps if one could them music (lets say one track theming on new york subway terminal, maybe one by a waterfall, etc). IT would perhaps alter the salvia trip?

@baalpeteor That sounds awesome!! If i knew how to make some crazy colored psychedelic video with patterns and stuff I'd give it a shot. :P

My last trip I had I was in my own world I created with my two hands. I would close my eye's and see my hands in my head in total darkness. I started building mountains and made a sky with a sun and everything was green! Then I lay down and I could feel this green sun warming up my skin! It felt soo good I was in AWE!

On salvia the drums allow you to keep a sense of separation from the micro continuum experienced. Music helps...remind you to pay attention.

actually this would be good for any strong entheogen considering the shaman would use a drum beat to stay in their trance especially during spiritual healing from magic mushrooms to yopo seeds this drum beat was heard during these ceremonies.

@FrankyDee08 With fast acting powerful psychedelics some people find it hard to remember the experience clearly and therefore find it hard to gain anything from it, which is a point I hear many people make about salvia and DMT constantly. Do you think maybe if you created a track to listen to with stages in the song which accompany average peakings times and such during the trip you could then play the track back afterwards and it maybe easier to remember.
