@rcairpower: The control surfaces work like in any other conventional aircraft. The rotor head is fixed unlike in a modern gyro where it moves to provide directional control. The rotor gives this gyro 80% of it's lift and makes it 100% stall and spin proof.

Very inspiring flight. I love the sound of the radial and the aircraft looks soooo smooth in flight, graceful. I'd kill for a ride.

Thanks so much for the info! I would love to see it in action one day and was wondering where it is now and where this footage was taken. Such a great video and the car at the end was a nice touch....
