@TheGrandTheftshit True, true, but we werent talking bout 8 cores...8 cores is phenomenal :) I mean, if you wanna save the money, Phenom II X4 is a best choice, beacause it performs rather well, and it is cheap.

@MrLollakas Not completly true , for example the new AMD FX ( 8 cores) with turbo chache enable 4 Ghz outperforms fastes core i7 980 form Intel , even though the FX is 3 times cheaper.

@Recon9143 I would still rather go with AMD Phenom II X4 975 BE OC'd to like 4 GHz. Sure that Six cores will be good in future. But really, even Intel Core I5 2500k is better than most of the hexa-core CPU's out there.

Omg, I'm 15 and a big PC gamer fan and my dad said that he would buy this for me for Christmas if I wanted it do badly, along with 16gb of ram, it's a pretty big upgrade from a duel core 2.7ghz processor.
