I love the narration in this film, but I really wish the filmmakers had gotten a narrator with a voice that suited the words instead of distracting from it so much. When you think of suburban life, that isn't the voice that comes to mind. His voice isn't bad, by any means, but the guy seems like he's gonna start advertising something after every sentence.

@Guigley do understand that the effect is intended to be tongue-in-cheek, so his tone of voice is especially more off-key to the scenes depicted. Like when talking about the husband dreaming of spanking Slutty-Kay with a spattler.

I dunno... I don't think she's underrated... she seems to get her due as an excellent actress. But in your asessment of her looks... 'beautiful' doesn't even scratch the surface. she is freakin' GORGEOUS! and most people tend to agree with me that she was 'hot' as a young sexy in stuff like The Hot Spot, but that she looks even better now as a woman. And she has a couple college degrees... one in english. Sometimes it just ain't fair.
