great review! As I watched the doc I looked on shocked at the lack of cleanliness and yet I too want to eat there... Go figure....

Good review and I have to agree with you about having more respect for less polite people as I get older. I have worked selling food items to restaurants for almost 30 years and believe me, I am not nearly as nice as I used to be. I have also seen the kitchens in some really, really nasty establishments and the old Shopsin's location wouldn't even crack the top 20 in terms of being unclean.

I too am fascinated by this guy and his philosophy on the business.
