@karatekla He had to dowe, CR, ireland and poland didnt want to sign it.. poland said that when irealdnd would sign it, they will do it again.. in Britain there were some changes in goverment and people also didnt wanted to sign it, but it was too late so theyour president to delay it to february but he had to sign it.. czech goverment forced him to do that or he would stop to be a president..blackamailing.. i dont know why this is called democracy..
