i got the same bag. it's a very good bag, fits most things, except a BVM.

@bosco836 i have a package of purple nitrile gloves in their :p And I do agree with you're pocket/airway kit idea I just don't plan on dropping an NPA or any airway for that matter I'll start o2 and wait for a medic.

@warriorlion yes i really do like how i can set it up to how i like it, sense i deploy it from my car or when i am working privet EMS.

Just a few suggestions from a practical standpoint: It may be a good idea to keep some gloves, in addition to your airways along with your Pocket-Mask in the the side of your kit so that all the necessary supplies are located together.
Also, perhaps I missed it - but - I didn't notice any triangular bandages in your kit. Not only are they inexpensive, but can be great for slings and securing splints or dressings.
