Senior Correspondent Margaret Warner talks to Political Editor Christina Bellantoni on what foreign affairs topics to expect from the third and final presidential debate between President Obama and Mitt Romney.
Regarding both candidates' attempt to paint differences in their foreign policy stances, "There hasn't been much meat on the bones. It's been mostly rhetorical," she said.
