This niggah suck...Ok if your in man and you know the reciever is faster than you...you back off about 5 yards...then if the reciever makes a quick shout route like the dude did in the video your suppose your suppose to put your head across his outside shoulder you dont try and jump the route unless your up on him or have good breaking speed.
