1º la he cantado en una coral y conozco su dificultad

2º suenan a que son anglosajones

3º si se conserba la pronunciacion, he tenido el gusto de oirlo entonado x monjes qregorianos que aun conservan libros de canto de hace mas de 500 años y lo llevan entonando en sus monasterios mas de 600 años, por eso puedo decir que suenan mal, si quieres oirlo bien busca algun monasterio de galizia o castilla y leon que las navidades estan muy cerca.

@vicentesenent Most versions I've seen do not have "Dios guardo Del lob a nuestra cordera". I've listened to and looked at several versions plus I am singing a version with a chorus. I am a Spanish teacher, so it is intersting to me that there is the version that you quoted. I heard it for the first time in a youtube video I listened to just before this one. There are also quite a few other verses that aren't always song.

The Lyrics of the third verse are wrong. The original lyrics are: "Dios guardó DEL lobo A nuestra cordera". Which means: The Lord protected OUR (she)lamb FROM the wolf" The lamb is a Virgin Mary's reference, while the wolf means the original sin. So the Virgin Mary was conceived without original sin. Maybe someone recorded the song changing the prepositions "DEL" and "LA" giving the song a totally opposed meaning.
