Tony Iommi gets drug thru hell for dragging the Black Sabbath name thru hell during the mid-late 80's and early 90's as the only original member, and this high-paid cover band that calls itself Lynyrd Skynyrd doesn't. Maybe if they'd get Ed King and Artimus Pyle back I could accept it. Otherwise, no way. It's just an over paid cover band as it is.

@MalumSin Niel is still alive and well , but hey, its two different styles of rock , two very different messages being said too . I know there's soem bad blood , or used to be between LS and Young.

Music is music though , I like 'em both for what they have to say, and how they sound. Rock on brother, rock on.

I love this album ...Despite having lost most of the original line up these guys still put out the goods and rock hard .

Here's a footnote to those who didn't know . Gary Cossington is responsible for the sound of LS . His mandate is . Any one who plays in the band has to know how to play just like previous members of LS , in their style, note for fucking note.

Tell me how this isn't Skynyrd ?

Yeah, they're all older ( aren't we all ? ) , but the sound is the same, better probably , Amen .

Ya know wat, Lynyrd Skynyrd is an amazing band. Neil Young hasn't made music in years, and hell, he's prolly fuckin dead by now. So what's that tell you failure? That LS is that much better, cuz hey, might not be the origional lineup, but they still fucking rock. And on top of that, ya better watch wat'cha say bout us good ol' boys, before we decided to give ya a size 12 rednecked boot up the ass, got it?
