I have a question i can already do a split but its hard for me to do a monkey wrench. i do flexibility everyday but i want flexibility in my arms 2.
IF i do this will i be able to do a monkey wrench?

lol when i do the first stretch i always feel like someone is tickling me =)
this is super super easy
and so is the one where you lye on your back and 1 leg stretched one leg bend and toes pointing to sky then pushing hips up
but the one where you lye face down and have your legs straight i can only push my arms up like 3 times before im dying =D
(that third exercise im hoping it will work my stomach but NOT my chest) is that what it will do?

These should help you denali. You may also need to do less bench pressing. I quit benching a LONG time ago, my shoulders feel awesome - and I actually look better too! (but i still do great bodyweight exercises for the chest area, etc...
