Eventhough I'm a Marvel-fan, I am so excited for this new Superman. It looks like they finally got the casting right. It looks like they casted for Superman instead of casting for Clark Kent. Reeves was awesome for that period, (late 70's-early 80's) Brandon Routh didn't have much to work with. Superman Returns is decent, but not great. All those it seems they casted for Kent. Superman should be chizzeled and perfect looking. This Henry Cavill has my vote.

WB has had DC re-write lots of things in the past, like Lex and Clark both coming from Smallville to matchup with the TV show. Maybe they re-wrote the history of the JLA to match the coming movies. Even if they didn't for that reason, I still would be stoked to see Bale, Reynolds, and this new Superman, (and Wonder Woman, Flash, and Martian Manhunter,) all in a flick together. It would be bigger than The Avengers. And that's going to be GREAT!!!!
