Wildside Highland Lodges boasts exceptional riverside self-catering accommodation. The lodges can cater from 1 to 8 people. Each lodge looks out to open country and all enjoy magnificent mountain or river views.

All our lodges have well equipped kitchens with everything you will need for a self catering holiday. We offer deluxe duvets & pillows with fresh linen and towels in every lodge. Each lodge has a wood burning stove, TV, DVD and sky. We also have a selection of books and games in each lodge with free DVD hire available at reception.

In our reception you will find helpful knowledgeable staff that can provide information about the area and a variety of places you can visit from Castles & Gardens to Lochs & Glens, forests and waterfalls. Reception can also provide use of a washer and dryer. BBQ's are also available during the warm summer months.

Outside our entrance you will find General Wades Historic Bridge built in 1732 to carry the military from Fort Augustus to Fort George. This is one of the few general wades bridges in the area still in tact and is now a listed monument. The bridge covered in rare alpine fairy foxgloves is rendered purple in the summer months.

The River Fechlin flows through Wildside in deep pools over ancient rocks and home to wild brown trout, which allows us to offer free fishing to our guests.

With a nearby friendly country pub serving traditional food. Wildside is a great place to escape life, appealing to those who appreciate a have of peace and tranquillity in a wild and natural setting which is your to enjoy.

All our accommodation is non-smoking and has been award 4* excellent by the Scottish tourist board.

Book online and enjoy a truly magical place in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
